Hacienda Community Development Corp (CDC)
Hacienda embraces a holistic approach to development and serving Latinos throughout Portland with programs in Community Economic Development, Homeownership Support, Financial Coaching and Youth & Family Support Services. We have grown to become Oregon’s largest Latino-led, Latino-serving housing organization and remain a trusted name in the Latino population. As Portland’s Latino population has grown rapidly, Hacienda continues building capacity to offer our bicultural services to Latinos and other low-income families throughout the Portland metropolitan area.
Portland Housing Center
Portland Housing Center is a nonprofit organization founded in 1991 with support from the City of Portland, local banks, and a concerned community. We were founded to ensure all Portland residents had equal access to information and resources to achieve homeownership. We specialize in providing our first time home buyers with education, counseling, financial resources, and other home-buying support.
